Thymus gland "the happiness spot"

If you feel stressed or sluggish maybe you feel like you’re coming down with a cold or the flu or something else. A great tool to have, is to tap gently your thymus gland, in order to reset your whole system into distress. The thymus gland is in the chest, between the lungs and behind the sternum.

The thymus is also called “happiness spot”. This gland helps in neutralizing negative energy, strengthening the immune system and common wellbeing. Slowly tapping on this spot is a great method for increasing your energy vibrations and creating higher levels.

Its name comes from the Greek "thýmos", meaning life energy, which describes its biological meaning beautifully.

The thymus makes white blood cells called T lymphocytes (also called T cells). These are an important part of the body's immune system, which helps us to fight infection.

15 to 30 seconds is all it takes and it's a great way to distress your body.
