Brain Gym 7 to11 years old
Private sessions online or in-person
We start with brain gym exercises, check their emotional state, and then move to EFT. Kids assimilate better when they have fun, and tapping is always enjoyable. Private sessions online or in-person
Brain Gym 12 to 18 years old

We can start with either yoga anchor postures or breathing exercises. It helps me see their mood and energy level at the start of the session, we gently transition to tapping exercises or other methods that work best for them at the time of the session.
Brain Gym After-school Program
​
Weekly small group activities including brain gym exercises, emotional literacy, mindfulness, and "tap tap" activities with EFT. A space dedicate to playfully learn emotional literacy, mindfulness through tapping. Seasonal groups every Thursday starting FALL 2023. Sign up Asap!
